4th of July Balloon Table Topper

Want to jazz up your 4th of July celebration? This festive table topper will have everyone in a patriotic mood. It’s so simple and fun to make and is sure to be a hit at your Independence Day Festivities.

You will need:
Ribbon
Pretty Great Fun red, white or blue balloon (filled with helium)
Basket
Crepe paper
Double-sided tape

1. Tape the centers of two 6-foot-long pieces of ribbon to the top of a helium-filled balloon. Tie or tape the ends of the ribbons to a basket.

2. For each section of crepe paper bunting, bunch two 7-inch strips of crepe paper, one narrower than the other, into a fan shape, as shown. Use double-sided tape to attach the layers and to stick the bunting to the balloon and basket.

Time needed: Under 1 Hour
